1. Seller identification

The seller is Beva Agency, a sole proprietorship (auto-entrepreneur), reachable at contact@rephrase.fr. For the SIRET number, see the legal notice.

2. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of lifetime credits and the subscription to monthly or annual plans allowing the use of the Rephrase.fr AI text humanization service.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. The statement "VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI)" applies (VAT exemption scheme).

4. Lifetime credit packs

The available credit packs, their prices and their word volumes are displayed on the Pricing page. Purchased credits are valid for life, with no expiry date.

5. Monthly and annual subscriptions

Rephrase offers monthly or annual subscriptions (with a reduced rate for the annual commitment). Each subscription includes a volume of words per month, defined by the chosen plan.

Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly or annual) until the user cancels it. The saved payment method is charged automatically at each renewal date.

Carryover of unused words. Included words not used by the end of a cycle are carried over to the next cycle, capped at 50% of the plan’s monthly quota. Example: a plan with 75,000 words/month, of which the user consumes 30,000 words, carries over a maximum of 37,500 words (50% of 75,000) to the next cycle. The total available the following month is therefore 75,000 + 37,500 = 112,500 words. The carryover resets at each cycle.

Plan change. An upgrade (to a plan offering more words) takes effect immediately, with billing prorated for the remainder of the current cycle and an immediate increase in available words, also calculated on a prorated basis. A downgrade (to a plan offering fewer words) takes effect at the end of the current cycle: the user keeps their current plan and remaining words until that date, after which the new plan and the new rate apply to the following cycle.

Cancellation. The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their Billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Remaining words can still be used until that date. No refund is granted for the current period.

Payment failure. If the renewal charge fails, the subscription moves to "past_due" status. The user has 7 days to update their payment method from their billing area, failing which the subscription automatically switches to "cancelled", with the user keeping only their lifetime credits.

6. Coexistence of credits and subscription

Lifetime credits and a subscription coexist on the same account. With each humanization, words are deducted in priority from the active subscription (if any remain). If the subscription is exhausted or non-existent, words are deducted from the lifetime credits.

7. Order and payment

Payment is made by bank card via our payment provider Stripe. No banking data is stored by Rephrase.

8. Delivery

Delivery is immediate: the credits or the subscription’s included words are added to the user’s account as soon as the payment is validated.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, since the service is supplied immediately and with the express agreement of the user, the right of withdrawal no longer applies as soon as a credit or a word included in the subscription has been consumed.

As long as no credit or subscription word has been consumed, and within 14 days of the purchase, the user may exercise their right of withdrawal in a single click from their Billing area, in accordance with the "one-click withdrawal" obligation applicable since 19 June 2026.

10. Warranties

The legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects apply under the conditions provided for by French law.

11. Invoicing

A PDF invoice is generated automatically for each pack purchase and for each subscription renewal. Invoices can be viewed from the user’s area.

13. Mediation

If you have not been able to resolve your dispute after sending us a written complaint (letter or email), dated, setting out the circumstances that gave rise to the dispute and what you are claiming, you may refer the matter to the consumer mediator designated below if you have received a negative written response from us or if you have not received a response two months after sending your complaint.

In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, our company has set up a consumer mediation scheme.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
