Lifetime credits or a subscription, which one?

If you humanize occasionally (a few articles a month), lifetime credits are cheaper: you pay once and use them at your own pace. If you produce regularly (more than 15,000 words a month), a monthly subscription costs less per word and saves you from topping up.

Do lifetime credits expire?

No. Lifetime credits bought through a pack stay valid for as long as your account exists.

What happens to the unused words in my subscription?

Unused words roll over to the next month, capped at 50% of the plan’s monthly quota. Example: on a Creator plan (75,000 words), if you use 30,000, up to 37,500 words (50% of 75,000) roll over. The next month you have 75,000 + 37,500 = 112,500 words available. The rollover resets each cycle.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, any time from your billing area. An upgrade applies immediately (with prorated payment). A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle, and your remaining words are kept until then.

Do I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes, automatically for every purchase or renewal. Available in your billing area. French VAT does not apply (article 293 B of the French CGI).
