GDPR

The European regulation on personal data protection.

EU Regulation 2016/679, in force since May 2018. It mandates informed consent and the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. Rephrase applies GDPR by default: AES-256-GCM encryption, EU hosting, immediate deletion with no anonymization.
